He is always smiling and has a warm greeting for you. I then spoke with Ashley Pullin who thoroughly explained all options for the 30,000 mile service. She is friendly and professional and made sure I understood all options and their cost. She kept me informed through out the process. Additionally, she and the dealership provided me with a loaner vehicle. Great dealership and even greater people. The car is always washed and cleaned. More

I bought a nice car, with a good discount, but a little not the one I wanted - the interior was light, but I wanted a dark one. Tried to have warranty work performed. Service Dept could not identify problem. We were asked to come back in one week so they could research issue. Delft multiple messages at dealership w Service Dept could not identify problem. We were asked to come back in one week so they could research issue. Delft multiple messages at dealership with no return calls. Reached out to Service Mgr who also ignored my message. Had to go to another dealership who fixed the problem. Will never go back to Lexus of Roseville. Poor customer service. More
