My experience with Lexus of Roseville was fantastic. Unfortunately, my battery died - but that happens; however, I felt like they were with me every step of the way. She was polite, entered me in the system (I’m a new customer) and told me I would hear from Ed McNanna and sure enough my phone rang with in minutes and he assured me everything would be alright. I could hear the smile in his voice. He told me when he would be able to get to my car, which was good turn around time considering I did not have an appointment. Ed called me back, when he said he would. He got approval on the cost and two hours later my car was clean and ready. I was able to pay online.
