Hello Mr. Jay! Thank you for your prompt response, but unfortunately I don't know what details we can still discuss, because I don't see any solution to fix the current situation. The documents have already been sent to the DMV, so it's no longer possible to exchange the car for another one with the interior I need. Especially since your managers didn't want to discuss such a possibility back then. If you see any solution to this situation, I'll be happy to listen. This situation has had a very negative impact on me, I was very disappointed with this service, and therefore I no longer have the desire to return to Luxus for a second car, which I was already considering for my wife.

Having received your response, I do not see how that would be possible. It was not so much that the problem could not be resolved as it was the complete disregard from your staff. As it is, we took the vehicle to another dealership and they resolved the issue in 30 minutes. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.
