Hi Mr Uppal, I did reach out to you on 7/4/23 about this issue. The price was not higher than expected, a price was agreed on then taken back as it shows on the worksheet. I am glad to hear you never intend to mislead your customers however in this case that’s exactly what happened. My only reason for even telling my story is so others are aware. I went into this car buying as an older single female, clearly ignorant to sales tactics, but thought Roseville Lexus would be fine. I truly hope you really do appreciate my feedback and strive to never treat a customer like I was treated moving forward. We are all human,and as so, we make mistakes. What separates us is owning your mistake before moving forward. Thank you for responding . Good day Sir
