Zero double-talk, zero special shout-out to Mariselo in Sales. I bought my first GX 460 yesterday and the whole process couldn't have been better. Zero double-talk, zero pressure ... just friendly, straight-forward conversation. After the sale was complete, Mariselo capped an already stellar sales performance by doing me the favor of meeting me at my house so he could pick up some items I should have brought with me in the first place (thereby saving me a 20 mile round trip). The sale was already complete, and I'd offered to go get the stuff before closing the deal with Finance (Charlie, who was great, too), but Mariselo wanted to make sure I avoided the "after work" rush so he took it upon himself to make the extra effort to make my experience a lot better. Wow ... just wow. He didn't have to do that. That's extra-special awesome customer service. Like I said, everyone there was super friendly, but Mariselo was my MVP for sure.
