Secondly, I called to cancel my Lithia subscription more than 2 weeks ago. Was promised to mail docs for me to sign and still nothing. Called 2 days ago and spoke to Charles in finance to follow up and still nothing! I initially recommended this dealership to coworkers but I got so disappointed I had to warn them about my experience. More

Well the dealership went from a 5 star to a 1 star in 2 yrs. I will never go back to them. I contacted the lexus dealership in Reno for my next lexus if I even buy a 4th.
