The paperwork was pretty straight forward and he explained to me what I am signing. During the discharge of the suv he also explained to me the Lexus app, the anti theft included in the car, and he walked me through the new lcd screen. I will definitely come back and ask for Samer if I have any questions, concerns or even purchasing another vehicle. Ask for Samer Farraj I highly recommend him 10/10! More

David Rugg who is the service manager at this dealership promotes poor business practices. Several months ago I had booked an appointment for my RX and my SC for maintenance. The day before the appointment promotes poor business practices. Several months ago I had booked an appointment for my RX and my SC for maintenance. The day before the appointment for my RX, I received a call telling me I was not allowed at the dealership. I had no issues before, so was clueless as to why. When I called they would not tell me why. Well low and behold I know someone who works there and they told me it was because I left a bad review. This was a mistake, because at the time I had only left a five star review. Clearly they had me mistaken. After that I continued to receive texts and calls telling me it’s time to bring my vehicles in for service. How is this possible if I was to never come to the dealership? David Rugg has put in place that anyone who leaves them a poor review can never come to the dealership. This so awful and I’m not sure how this ignorant person has a job still. I will never bring my vehicles to Lexus of Roseville. Poor reviews that people leave are an opportunity for better service practices. What viable business acts on this manner. The Lexus brand is why I have only driven Lexus since I was a young adult, but the people at the dealership are tarnishing the brand. Lexus of Roseville do better! More
