Salesperson was misleading in the pricing of the car. Then, when negotiating the trade-in I countered the offer with a Kelly Blue Book cash value that was higher, which was accepted but then a $1,495 lifetime oil change charge was on the price. I explained that I didn't want the lifetime oil change and was then told that there would be a mandataory Pre Delivery Inspection charge plus some other questionable charge that would be the same as the oil change charge. The dealership has changed ownership recently and the Lexus experience is now on par with a KIA dealership. Very disappointing as I have had a positive experience in purchasing 2 other new Lexus cars at this dealership in the past. More
