I brought my RX350 in for a smog check. Brent Colley is the service rep I always use for any service needs. On that day there wasn’t any service tech to do a smog check but Brent was able t Brent Colley is the service rep I always use for any service needs. On that day there wasn’t any service tech to do a smog check but Brent was able to find someone near by who was able to preform the smog check. This saved me from having to make another trip back to the dealership. I never let any one but Brent Colley handle the service on my cars. He never fails to inform me of any extra service needed and explains why I should have it done. He answers all my questions and is very knowledgeable in all areas of service. I would never consider using any other service advisor. More
