Tried to have warranty work performed. Service Dept could not identify problem. We were asked to come back in one week so they could research issue. Appointment was easy to make after the engine light came on. Diagnosed the issue and found found out the fuel pump was failing. Had the part in stock. Since the part was covered by the extended warranty that I purchased when I bought the Lexus I paid zero. Received a brand new Lexus loaner at no cost while the vehicle was in the shop. Ed the service advisor was great. He walked me throughout the process and kept me informed of the status. More
Ashley Pullin was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. She was also efficient and generous. The service I requested was taken care of. My experience with Lexus of Roseville was fantastic. Unfortunately, my battery died - but that happens; however, I felt like they were with me every step of the way. I had my car towed in and there was instant communication from the service desk. I spoke with Joyce. She was polite, entered me in the system (I’m a new customer) and told me I would hear from Ed McNanna and sure enough my phone rang with in minutes and he assured me everything would be alright. I could hear the smile in his voice. He told me when he would be able to get to my car, which was good turn around time considering I did not have an appointment. Ed called me back, when he said he would. He got approval on the cost and two hours later my car was clean and ready. I was able to pay online. When I entered their Service Department, it was spotless. Everyone was well groomed and professional. It was an excellent experience all the way around. Thank you Lexus of Roseville! More
