I brought my RX350 in for a smog check. Brent Colley is the service rep I always use for any service needs. On that day there wasn’t any service tech to do a smog check but Brent was able t Brent Colley is the service rep I always use for any service needs. This saved me from having to make another trip back to the dealership. I never let any one but Brent Colley handle the service on my cars. He never fails to inform me of any extra service needed and explains why I should have it done. He answers all my questions and is very knowledgeable in all areas of service. I would never consider using any other service advisor. More
