I've been a cutomer for at least 10 years. Today is my last day as their customer. Went to pick up my car and they would not accept my credIt card without a picture ID. They can see from my records that I've spent thousands of dollars with them over the years... but rather than give me an honest break and temind me to bring ID next time, I had to get a ride all the way back home to get ID. So muc for customer service. More

I recently took my RX in for routine maintenance at Lexus Roseville. My service advisor, Clare Smith, was amazing. I mentioned to her that I recently had a family emergency and I might have to leave at any moment. She was sympathetic to my situation and informed me there was no rush to return the loaner vehicle. If needed, I can return the loaner 24 hours after I picked it up. In addition, Clare kept me updated throughout the whole maintenance process with concerns that arose and made sure my family and I are safe and happy.
