I mentioned to her that I recently had a family emergency and I might have to leave at any moment. She was sympathetic to my situation and informed me there was no rush to return the loaner vehicle. If needed, I can return the loaner 24 hours after I picked it up. In addition, Clare kept me updated throughout the whole maintenance process with concerns that arose and made sure my family and I are safe and happy.
