Lexus of Roseville

Went to Lexus Roseville for a 15,000 mile service. It took almost 1 1/2 hours longer than they said. Claire was nice but the cashier made me feel like I was an annoying bother. Than I asked if I could buy windshield wipers. The parts man looked it up on the computer that took at least 5 minutes. He said they only had a wiper for the passenger side and didn’t offer a way to get a set. Disappointing service from a high end dealership. The only good part was they loaned me a car to go shopping.
