My experience at Lexus at the Auto Mall in Roseville, California was excellent. I was very impressed by all of the staff and the way I was greeted. If I could, I would go to them to fix everything on my 25 year old Lexus RX300. They treated it like it was brand new. I was impressed with the video that I got from the Mechanic and how he explained everything as he went along. It was very thorough and I’ve never had anything done like that until now.
