The Service Advisor read off a long list of issues with my car, including a broken axel, a radiator leak, and other issues. My husband regrets that we didn’t have them give us the parts that were replaced because he’s not convinced that all the issues the Service Advisor listed were legitimate concerns. I’ve owned Lexus vehicles since 1993 and this is the first time I haven’t been happy with the service. If this kind of issue happens again, I may look for someone else to do servicing on my car in the future. More

Appointment was at 10:30, we were there on time. From the time we arrived, spoke with the service person and got a loaner car 45+ minutes had passed. Unacceptable! The women working the loaner car counter were inefficient and not professional (one had a sucker hanging out of her mouth while waiting on customers). Ashley told us it would be 3-4 hours for our vehicle, hadn’t heard from her in 4 hours so texted. Then she called to say car was ready. It was like she had forgotten about us. Lexus used to take pride in their customer service, apparently it doesn’t exist at this dealership anymore. More
