I intentionally waited before writing this review, hoping things would improve—but unfortunately, my experience with Lexus of Roseville, specifically with Austin Andrade, has been deeply disappointing and fr things would improve—but unfortunately, my experience with Lexus of Roseville, specifically with Austin Andrade, has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. My wife and I purchased a 2025 RZ 450e, a vehicle advertised to have a range of 220 miles on a full charge. Within just two weeks, we noticed the range had dropped below 180 miles, which immediately raised concerns. We made multiple attempts to contact Austin, leaving several voicemails and asking that someone from the service team reach out to us. To date, we have received no response. If you’re looking for a salesperson who seems personable only until the sale is finalized, Austin is your guy. If you’re hoping for post-sale follow-up, support, or even the courtesy of a returned call—look elsewhere. Austin didn’t even take the time to inform us where the wheel lock was located on the vehicle. When making a high-end purchase from a brand like Lexus, the expectation is premium customer service and accountability. Sadly, that was not our experience. Based on how we were treated, I cannot in good faith recommend working with Austin Andrade. More

Ashley was very professional and friendly at the same time. She doesn't try sell any unnecessary services.
