My service representative this time was Chris Lawson. He was very courteous, professional, and really helpful in expediting my time at the Lexus dealership. My time spent there was not more than approximately one hour and 30 minutes. I brought my vehicle in for the 40,000 mile service, as well as an oil change and a determination as to why my check engine light kept coming on. My vehicle is a 2001 Lexus RX 300, mileage is 42,200. The problem identified with the engine light was explained to me satisfactorily. I have never experienced anything but great service from this Lexus dealership in Roseville. The customer waiting room is heads and shoulders above any other vehicle dealership I have visited. They have refreshments as well as large screen TVs, current magazines, and a great sitting area with chairs and tables designed specifically people for people who want to do work on a computer, laptop, etc. Thank you Chris for the time you spent explaining the engine light problem.
