From the moment you arrive until you leave it is a nice place to be. Brandon greets you with a smile and assists you with getting signed in. Ashley explains the service and asks about other concerns. The waiting area is very comfortable , clean and the snacks appreciated. When getting the vehicle after service, Brandon still smiling gets you to your car. Brent was the most respectful truthful person I have dealt with in some time. Additionally; Lexus of Roseville takes care of the customers like no other! They all of the staff were on it! They got me an uber for free while the mechanic technician did work on my car for an oil change tire rotation etc. I am deeply grateful and impressed. We just had our first, no-charge service at Lexus of Roseville. Our service adviser, Chris, was great, the car was serviced before the time promised and the wait was pleasant. I have been using Lexus of Roseville for over 20 years and have always been satisfied. My advisor Chris is fantastic! However this last service appointment was a disappointment! In the past picking up and have always been satisfied. My advisor Chris is fantastic! However this last service appointment was a disappointment! In the past picking up my car was a simple easy procedure, Go into the cashier pay and 5 minutes later my car would be brought around. Not this time for some reason management has decided to get rid of their cashiers so now the advisors have to cash you out. Since they are checking customers in all day it means I had to wait for Chris to finish with his customer before he could check me out. Really not an efficient way to do business and tough for the advisors. More
I would like to thank Lexus of Roseville from whom I purchased a car recently, and Mr. Edward McNanna, their Service Advisor for helping fix an issue with my car. Issue: After driving it off from th purchased a car recently, and Mr. Edward McNanna, their Service Advisor for helping fix an issue with my car. Issue: After driving it off from the lot, noticed an issue when making a right turn. Reported to the Service team at Lexus of Roseville. Resolution process .They gave an appointment with a service advisor Mr. Edward McNanna at 8 AM the next day. Mr. McNanna reviewed the issue, checked with his management and wrote a service ticket with zero cost. Mr. McNanna followed up and also reachable when I called. They fixed the issue with the vehicle and explained the issue, how they duplicated the issue and fixed it. Edward is very empathetic, customer friendly, and provided excellent customer service. For that, I thank Edward (Mr. McNanna) and the service team at Lexus of Roseville. Additional plus: When my car was being repaired, they gave me a loaner car free of cost so I didn’t have to miss work. Final word: I am very impressed with their processes, commitment to customers and now know why people like Lexus cars, not just for the car but also for their service. Lexus of Roseville is an excellent example for customer loyalty. More
