First time visiting this company , the check in system very bad , no one tell me how , find someone one to ask , answer is , you go inside, inside is waiting room , still no one tell me how , find someone very bad , no one tell me how , find someone one to ask , answer is , you go inside, inside is waiting room , still no one tell me how , find someone ask again , you sit down , some one will call you, waiting about 10 min. I would like to thank Mateo for setting up my Syrius radio system. Was driving close by Lexus in my new Lexus with my sister and called to see if someone could show me how to set it up and was told I n radio system. Was driving close by Lexus in my new Lexus with my sister and called to see if someone could show me how to set it up and was told I needed an appointment. I was almost there and decided to stop in anyway. Mateo came up and not only showed me how to set it up, but tuned it in to all the stations I like. It only took 5 or 10 minutes. He was not only courteous, but so super knowledgable and helpful! Please extend my appreciation for the great service! Kudos to Mateo! More
