Terrible service. Was told my car was ready, but when I got there to pick it up it was not and I had to wait 30 min. Was told there was something wrong with my car through text, when I inquired about it I was told my service person had left for the day. I was angry I was still waiting for my car and no one even bothered to discuss what was wrong with my car and I had questions, until I asked about it. It seemed like an inconvenience that I asked about what was wrong with my car, and declined the offer to speak to another service rep since mine had left for the day. I will be calling the service manger on Mon to make a complaint. More

He is always smiling and has a warm greeting for you. I then spoke with Ashley Pullin who thoroughly explained all options for the 30,000 mile service. She is friendly and professional and made sure I understood all options and their cost. She kept me informed through out the process. Appointment was easy to make after the engine light came on. Diagnosed the issue and found found out the fuel pump was failing. Had the part in stock. Since the part was covered by the extended warranty th on. Diagnosed the issue and found found out the fuel pump was failing. Had the part in stock. Since the part was covered by the extended warranty that I purchased when I bought the Lexus I paid zero. Received a brand new Lexus loaner at no cost while the vehicle was in the shop. Ed the service advisor was great. He walked me throughout the process and kept me informed of the status. More
