I purchased a 2024 Subaru Forester from Lexus of Oxnard. It had a few small dents and a small crack in the windshield. Lexus of Oxnard told us to schedule an appointment with Lexus of Santa Barbara for the repairs. We were not happy with the work that was done in Santa Barbara. Received horrible communication at Santa Barbara (no one would even call us back), had to send multiple emails, tons of phone calls, just terrible customer service. I would never buy a new or used car from Lexus of Santa Barbara with this terrible service. More
