This experience in purchasing a vehicle is one for the books. I never felt pressured in any way, there were NO pushy sales professionals, I was greeted with a genuine smile and genuine greeting from ever books. I came to the dealership as one of the persons who up until now had not had the privilege of owning a Lexus. As of Saturday September 22, 2012 I have joined the Lexus Family, and continue to be amazed at the quality of the Lexus GS300 that I purchased, but more amazed at the overall extremely pleasant experience as a new member of the Lexus Family.
