I am the proud owner of a Lexus RX-450H that I purchased at Lexus of Santa Fe in 2009. I am pleased beyond expression with my Lexus. I am even more pleased with the Lexus Service Manager, Leonard Navarro. I recently complained to him that I never receive after-service surveys from Lexus so I can tell everyone how good a Service Manager he is; and how good the Service Team at Lexus Santa Fe is. So I am taking this opportunity to express my pleasure directly to DealerRater. With a little over 80,000 miles on my car, I have made many service trips to Lexus, always with a pleasant smile to start, a very accurate of cost and time estimate for the service, and punctuality (plus a freshly washed car).
Most recently, I had a warning light appear to "Check the Hybrid System". I called Leonard Navarro who was still working at 1830! "Bring it in tomorrow AM and we will have a look". At 0700 the next morning, he rolled my car in for diagnostic and determined that it was just an erroneous "Airbag" error. His staff further explained to me that the Airbag system would work regardless of the error message. Since I was planning to drive to Denver the next day, I was greatly relieved. The error message has never reappeared.
