"Worst Manager in a dealership in Santa fe"

Read the fine print, they say free carwash as long as you own the car, Wrong....if you don't do all your car service there ,they embarrass you by say in the office and then tell you no more car washes. Very unprofessional, and so embarrassing, in front of other guests. Wrote to GM n sales with my complaint but no response. They could careless about me.

Michelle...1st of all, I did respond to your email. And as I explained, you can have the luxury of taking part in No cost car washes. Though you do have to do some sort of service here to offset the cost. Going somewhere else and doing all your service, THEN ONLY wanting free car washes from us, doesn't help in paying my guys in back to do those services. Now, my Service Director, Carl had mentioned he had spoken to you about this. Its a partnership created specifically for those internal clients who service here with us. Plus, when you went into the finance dept, you did sign the form explaining this. And YES, the sales team may or may not have explained it correctly, or maybe they did. But the fact here is like I stated, A PARTNERSHIP. You can just do your oil services with us, Heck its only 69 to 89 for this service. At least its something your doing here. I think you will find that this to be fair and simple. Yes, you can be upset and smear my name and Lexus of Santa Fe's all over in bad press. Plus, as the top guy here at Lexus of Santa Fe, I realize I have the biggest bull eye for those needing to take a shot when things just don't go there way and all the facts just haven't been brought forth. But if you take a moment, I think you will see the bigger picture. No one here is trying to deny you anything, providing the partnership is in place. And yes we could wash your car for free. But do you not think that it would be unfair to all the other people who are servicing their cars here? I really do want to help and encourage you to want to service your car here. I spoke to Mr. Michael Medina via phone and he scheduled an appointment for me. When we arrived at the dealership he met with us and immediately brought Mr. Steve Manning and introduced us to him. Both men worked rapidly in getting our car into the shop to implement the remedy on the recall. Mr. Medina was very helpful in taking care of the map, remote, and teaching us how to start the car using our key. Michael was very polite, kind, and friendly not to mention very knowledgeable. When done with the recall work Mr. Medina made sure that our car got a good wash. We are very impressed with Michael's performance in making sure our car was serviced according to the time frame he had mentioned to us, and also most grateful to him for the kindness and politeness he showed toward us. To sum things up, Mr. Michael Medina made our visit to Lexus of Santa Fe a very enjoyable and pleasant experience. Bernie and Gladys Torres

Lexus of Santa Fe is an excellent dealership. The staff is always friendly and helpful and any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. The amenities available while waiting for service, etc., are nice and waiting room is comfortable.

"Lexus of Santa Fe "

I arrived in Santa Fe the day before & when ready to go sight seeing the next day my 2010 RX350 wouldn't start! Got AAA to jump start my battery, drove to Lexus of Santa Fe & they took my car right away, gave me a loaner & within 2 hours my car was washed & ready for me! "jUST WHEN i THOUGHT i FOUND SOMETHING AMISS"

I bought my car about 2 1/2 years ago and have had Lexus of Santa Fe do all the service work. Their customer service is so extraordinary, I would hold them as a marker by which other businesses could be compared. Then I discovered a problem: the courtesy coffee service was less than optimum. They seemed to have replaced the individual coffee creamers with one of those large boxes of powdered creamer. When I got a followup call from their customer service rep after a routine service asking me if their recent service was as I expected it to be, I had to confess that everything was fine except the coffee service was disappointing. I felt silly complaining about the coffee, especially when the rep asked me if I had noticed the container on the side of the coffee pots that contained the small individual coffee creamer that I preferred. Now I really felt silly. I had absolutely nothing to complain about . I wish all businesses I dealt with were as well run as Lexus of Santa Fe.

While there are literally dozens of "pros" associated with my service experience at Lexus of Santa Fe (immediate attention, keeping me informed about the diagnosis and work progress, accuracy of estimates, loaner car policy, down to the coffee and snack bar in the lobby) I can't think of a single thing that even approaches a "con" at this dealership. Kudos. You guys have figured out what it takes to have someone LOVE their dealership.

"Outstanding service at Lexus Santa Fe"

I am the proud owner of a Lexus RX-450H that I purchased at Lexus of Santa Fe in 2009. I am pleased beyond expression with my Lexus. I am even more pleased with the Lexus Service Manager, Leonard Navarro. I recently complained to him that I never receive after-service surveys from Lexus so I can tell everyone how good a Service Manager he is; and how good the Service Team at Lexus Santa Fe is. So I am taking this opportunity to express my pleasure directly to DealerRater. With a little over 80,000 miles on my car, I have made many service trips to Lexus, always with a pleasant smile to start, a very accurate of cost and time estimate for the service, and punctuality (plus a freshly washed car). Most recently, I had a warning light appear to "Check the Hybrid System". I called Leonard Navarro who was still working at 1830! "Bring it in tomorrow AM and we will have a look". At 0700 the next morning, he rolled my car in for diagnostic and determined that it was just an erroneous "Airbag" error. His staff further explained to me that the Airbag system would work regardless of the error message. Since I was planning to drive to Denver the next day, I was greatly relieved. The error message has never reappeared. My thanks to Lexus of Santa Fe and Leonard. You truly deserve what the Lexus commercials say, "It's the total service".
