Travis and the service team make it worth the extra 45 minute drive each way from Bellevue! They always pay attention to the details and make it a seem-less, pleasant experience. There is never a long wait for someone at the counter— Travis was tied up when I came to pick car up but Chris immediately jumped in so I had no wait. They even had my PHEV fully charged for my drive home to Bellevue! More

The experience felt like a bait and switch. The vehicle I had put the deposit on was not delivered with all the options that were on its original spec sheet. The options that were missing were The vehicle I had put the deposit on was not delivered with all the options that were on its original spec sheet. The options that were missing were supposed to be port/dealership installed but rather than having them already installed on the car at the time of delivery, the dealership wanted to sell them to me at 3X the original price. This has left a very bad taste and makes me question the integrity of this dealership and brand. More
