First timer This was my very first time buying a car with no experience at all. Roger was able to make everything simple and easy to understand. My entire experience at Lexus was great. Spend a few hours there during a Seahawks game and was able to comfortably watch the game while waiting. Everything was great until the end of the transaction where I sit down with finance to sign paper works. I just had a bad experience there. The gal I talked to made me feel ignorant and as well as belittle my parents. I just didn't feel good at the way she talked to me, her tone and choice of words.
