Cory went out of his way to ensure the service was completed on time, always have my loaner car ready so I don't have to waste and the car feels like new after each service. The reputation for great service was the reason I bought a Lexus in the first place. I bought my car in PDX, and later moved to Seattle. In searching for a dealership in the Seattle area for service I happened to wind up working with Cory from Lexus of Seattle and he has kept me a loyal fan ever since. Every aspect of a service appointment is easy and enjoyable, and even though the Seattle location is farther from my house than other dealerships it is worth the extra miles. I will most likely purchase my next vehicle from the Seattle dealership and continue to go there for service, all of which I would credit to Cory. More
I have owned my car for approx 4 years where I bought brand new from Lexus of Seattle. CORY BURROUGHS arranged for service and recall work (spring valves & fuel lines) on our GS 350. He provided us with a new loaner car for the time our car would be tied up. This is typical of "Lexus of Seattle's" attention to detail and safety that brings us back. (My wife wants a new SUV from you this Spring before our annual trip north to Alaska). We always ask for CORY as he is always cheerful and takes the time to explain what is and is not needed. We have confidence in his knowledge and appreciate his attention (and patience) to our needs and questions. As a 35-year (retired) civil service manager, I appreciate his people skills. He has the best asset of all---a good attitude! More

Adam Hendry is my "go to guy" whenever I come into the dealership. He is always professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable, while at the same time being personable with his great sense of appropr dealership. Any issues or concerns that have come up have been dealt with expedience and fairness. The other folks in the department are also a pleasure to work with and make me feel welcome and appreciated. Another thing I love about the dealership is the room in which I can set up my laptop and work remotely by accessing my corporate network through the internet connection. I don't mind waiting for my service when I can continue to do business with a fresh cup of coffee and a delicious cookie. I will continue to recommend the Lexus dealership and its service department to all my friends and family.
