He is always friendly, courteous, personable, and helpful without question. He advises me if I have any problems with my car. This last time was good. Nothing out of the ordinary. There was a slight delay when I arrived due to a high volume of cars that had pulled into the service area. So I had to wait about 15 minutes. But even during that time, the Lexus employee Christopher was very attentive. He kept me apprised of how long the wait would be, made sure to let Eddie know I was waiting (Eddie was in a different part of the facility), and was very friendly. I complimented him and told him that I appreciated his attentiveness this and on past occasions. More
