Great job and fast. Costumer service top notch , very happy to have a Lexus. The tire warranty kicked in and the dealer replaced 2 Michelin tires. Excellent Service Lexus of Serramonte is not my regular dealer, but they treated me like I was a regular customer. I had bad gas in my fuel tank. Salesperson went out of his way...literaly I went in to the dealership with a very specific model in mind. Vy helped me to find one in northern Calif. WE agreed on a price, but the car actual I went in to the dealership with a very specific model in mind. Vy helped me to find one in northern Calif. WE agreed on a price, but the car actually was not at he other dealer. He then did some research , and found another equivalent model in Reno, over 200 miles away. None of their crew of local drivers was willing to go that far to pick up the new car. This was a Wed. afternoon. Vy went to SFO, flew to Reno, got the car, and drove it back to Daly City the NEXT DAY! It was available on Thu. afternoon. If thats not great customer service, then what is? Thak you again, Vy.
