They were professional and kind, not your average car dealers here. I would highly recommend Lexus of Smithtown and I would also recommend you ask for Michael Mandolese. At the end of the deal, we were all happy and this friendly individual Abass walks you through the ins and the outs of how to use the vehicles functions which was spectacular. Abass was also very easy to talk too, not unlike Denise and Michael. This all comes from a person who hates being approach by salesmen in stores and anywhere. If I need help I would ask and there was none of that awkwardness here. More
