They were willing to try to accommodate my interest in a red car nonetheless I test drove it and then drove the GS 350 F sport and then realized that this magnificent vehicle would do just fine in white! the entire experience was enjoyable and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to find exactly what they really want!! I was asked if I would like to have a glass of water, tea, etc...and then was brought to a very clean waiting room with a huge flat screen TV as well as an array of interesting magazines neatly displayed. My wait time was suppose to be 30 minutes. After 10 minutes, the manager appeared to say the key had been successfully programmed. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and very professional. This was a very positive experience. More
