Bill was very confrontational and unprofessional. My wife went to trade in a car and purchase a pre-owned Lexus that he had on the premises. He offered $8,500 for our trade in and berated her when she said K went to trade in a car and purchase a pre-owned Lexus that he had on the premises. He offered $8,500 for our trade in and berated her when she said KBB suggested $10,000 minimum. I just ran the trade information on Black Book through the Lexus of Smithtown site and got a range of $11,455-$15,240. Unfortunately, I did not send my wife with this report to support her opinion but it would not have mattered. Bill was not interested in any negotiation and unreasonable. Unfortunately, one of his easiest customers left, who had every intention of buying a car on the spot. Unable to get past his attitude she and her friend left. Be careful of Bill in the used department although with the way he conducts business, he probably won't be around very long and back to selling encyclopedias door to door. If at all possible, bid online and conduct any Auto business through the Internet, these type of guys are really ruining the sales game. More

Bob's professionalism, engaging personality and attention to detail are a great example to an equally exceptional sales team.
