This is my first Lexus after owning three Cadillacs previously. After purchasing the SRX four years ago, I could not take my eyes off the Lexus RX 350. So in I walked. Ashley gave me a test ride while I waited for Jerry. Jerry sat with me for hours answering more questions than you can imagine. He explained EVERYTHING. He walked me to the car lot (it was so cold), but he took his time to show me every car that fit what I wanted, the interiors as well. Jerry itemized everything for me, ran off all the available packages and the prices, the trade-in value for my car, etc. The price was right. Two hours later I returned with my husband to purchase the car. Again Jerry spent a lot of time with both of us. Late Friday afternoon we picked up my new Lexus. Again Jerry met with us and explained as well as helped us with entering our phones in Bluetooth, setting numerous radio stations, setting destinations in our GPS as well as how we can do everything three different ways. What is a miracle is that so far (one week later) I have no questions. I was extremely pleased with the whole purchase experience as well as thrilled with my new Lexus. Thanks!!!! More

I would never look to go anywhere else for a Lexus vehicle. Each time I go into this showroom or for service on a vehicle it always feels like I am visiting with friends. No hard sell, no upsell, no pressure, just assistance. From the smile when you walk in from the receptionist, to Kenny asking about my new home and family, to Denise in the business office making sure everything purchased is what I want and is good for my needs as well as continuing to thank me for my years of service and never hard selling me on a thing, to Ashley in delivery making sure every question I had was answered, to Dan the service manager making sure to come say hello and thank me once again for getting another lexus and looks forward to seeing me for my service whenever needed. What a pleasure it is. Even post sale to have a team member take my address for work and home to deliver my all weather mats when they arrived is another wow experience. No better place to get a Lexus than Lexus of Smithtown. More

Bill was very confrontational and unprofessional. My wife went to trade in a car and purchase a pre-owned Lexus that he had on the premises. He offered $8,500 for our trade in and berated her when she said K went to trade in a car and purchase a pre-owned Lexus that he had on the premises. I just ran the trade information on Black Book through the Lexus of Smithtown site and got a range of $11,455-$15,240. Unfortunately, I did not send my wife with this report to support her opinion but it would not have mattered. Bill was not interested in any negotiation and unreasonable. Unfortunately, one of his easiest customers left, who had every intention of buying a car on the spot. Unable to get past his attitude she and her friend left. Be careful of Bill in the used department although with the way he conducts business, he probably won't be around very long and back to selling encyclopedias door to door. If at all possible, bid online and conduct any Auto business through the Internet, these type of guys are really ruining the sales game. More

This dealership far exceeds any that I've visited, from the moment you are greeted at the reception desk, through the very attentive service department and most obviously within Smithtown Lexus' personable and knowledgeable sales department headed by sales manager, Bob Rossworn. Bob's professionalism, engaging personality and attention to detail are a great example to an equally exceptional sales team. Bob had a genuine interest in discussing our vehicle needs and helping us find our perfect car. The sales department is friendly, and not overbearing, and has a refreshing sense of camaraderie. Our salesman, Matt Trubia was knowledgeable and thorough in his presentation of our vehicle before and after the sale, and was a pleasure to work with. We agreed to a purchase of a 2014 RX350 F Sport. We took delivery a week later and have enjoyed the total experience of buying for a change. Upon delivery, Matt took all the time we needed and answered all of our questions on the features of the SUV. His knowledge about this vehicle amazed us.
