This is my second straight car leased from Lexus of Smithtown. This experience was even better than the first. Neil Fogel was as friendly and knowledgeable of a salesperson that anyone could hope to ha Smithtown. This experience was even better than the first. In addition, he brought in Bob R. to assist in comparing what I had been offered by both Mercedes and Audi and Bob was quick to recognize the opportunity to obtain a Lexus loyalist. Mission accomplished! He was fast to provide the most attractive price and terms and we had a deal on the spot. Finally, when I came to pick up my vehicle, Neil was busy on a test drive with another client and (unsolicited) Charles Greene jumped up to greet me and my wife. We told him the reason we were there and he nearly took us through the entire process. He was an absolute extension of all of the friendly and attentive service that had been displayed by Neil. There is a distinct culture that exists within this dealership that extends beyond any of my previous experiences (right down to Denise in Finance!). From the second I walked into Lexus of Smithtown, I was greeted with such high regard. I was immediately attended to by Ken in a courtesy and friendly manner. It was not a "snobby" dealership at all where they look and talk down to you like some others I recently visited. Ken was not pushy. He was available for any questions we had. During the test drive, Ken allowed my husband to sit in the front with me while I was driving. Not one other dealership did that. He knew everything about the GX and IS I was looking at. There was not one question he couldnt answer. It was a very pleasurable experience for me. He made me feel comfortable and had a great sense of humor. While we sat down to talk numbers, I decided to tell him that my brother works for another Lexus dealership and Ken does know him very well. I was treated so great before they even knew who my brother was. So I know I was not getting a "fake" treatment. And even after he knew, treatment remained the same. During signing of on the numbers and working with Denise, she was just amazing. She also was so friendly and professional and smart. She pointed out some different options we had and explained a lot to us. During pick up, we got to meet with Ken again and go over the SUV. I was on technology overload and yet he didnt skip a beat and knew everything in the SUV. Overall, this was an AMAZING experience!!!! More
