He is professional through and through, and goes the extra mile always with a smile; it is clear to all that he really enjoys what he does. Neil didn't rush us, was always extremely courteous and shared little anecdotes that always made us laugh. It's a breath of fresh air to encounter such a professional and personable individual nowadays! As I mentioned Joseph Giaquinto covered for Neil Fogel the day I picked up my car.
