I LOVE LEXUS OF SMITHTOWN ! Let me tell you why ...I have been a long time customer of Bob Rossworn ( Sales Mngr)for many years now and have purchased many cars from him before he moved up into Sales Mngr.po been a long time customer of Bob Rossworn ( Sales Mngr)for many years now and have purchased many cars from him before he moved up into Sales Mngr.position . I just purchased another new beautiful Lexus again from this dealership last wk and will ALWAYS come back again when I am ready for my next! Bob has now become a personal friend as so many people in this dealership have for me over time .They are like family now & I wouldnt think of buying a Lexus anywhere else ! In the quest for my new car Bob had one of his sales staff help me named Arjun Vir .What a helpful ,friendly ,knowledgable person he was to work with & helped me every step of the way ..he spent hours w/me going over my new car when it was delivered .Even checked in with me after I took my new car home the next day to see if I had any questions .The service dept is always excellent with taking care of my cars & caring about that I am totally nuts with keeping it clean & protected while its being serviced . If you have a trade as part of your deal ,not to worry...Bob & Arjun made it super smooth & easy ..my trade car was paid off in 2 days! Thats amazing & shows how much they care about thier customers . Denise was also someone I dealt with in regards to some add ons to my latest new Lexus ..she was really fun to work with and super helpful as well .I had changed my mind about an add on literally the very last minute and wanted to switch it to something else AFTER I picked up my car .Not only was in happily changed ,no questions asked.. but done the same day I asked for the change in a half hour! What else can I say about this AWESOME dealership except ..If you are looking to buy a New Or Pre Owned Lexus I cannot say enough about how great these people are to work with ! They really listen to your needs,your budget & car use ,understand you as a person ,no high pressure and you can TRUST THEM ! The cars are beautiful with loads of luxury & quality and theres nothing like em ! Thats why I keep coming back ...and believe me , I am picky ! I LOVE MY NEW LEXUS ! This was my first experience with Lexus dealership and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable. Prior to visiting the Lexus dealership we have stopped at few othe have nothing but wonderful things to say. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable. Prior to visiting the Lexus dealership we have stopped at few others and our experiences were not even close to the attention that we received at the Lexus dealership. I would recommend this dealer with full confidence to all of my friends and relatives. I picked up my car today and Matt took his time to go over the car functions, set up my Satellite radio and with great patience answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed at all and fully enjoyed my "lesson". I love my car and I'm looking forward to driving it for the next 3 years. Thank you Matt! More

This is our 3rd lease for a Lexus RX and we currently lease our 4th Lexus LS. Robert Rossworn has been our Salemen/Manager during this time and is excellent at knowing our needs and is quite informative lease our 4th Lexus LS. Robert Rossworn has been our Salemen/Manager during this time and is excellent at knowing our needs and is quite informative on the Lexus products including their new features accessories etc. He is pleaseant and provides us with courteous and informative discussions prior to our next lease. In particular, Robert is well prepared for our new lease(s)signing without us having to list our desires/requirements. The hardest decision for us is to decide what color we want for the new lease. Robert also tries to meet out cost objectives since we are retired by reviewing various cost options. Finally during the lease signing, Robert is very diligent and metriculous in going over all the Lexus documentation. In summary, we are very pleased with the Lexus of Smithtown family of employees including Robert and the Service Managers. More

I did not have a good experience at this dealership. I spent an entire day there haggling over price which dropped over $100 per month on a 3 year lease deal that I was trying to get. I was also told tha spent an entire day there haggling over price which dropped over $100 per month on a 3 year lease deal that I was trying to get. I was also told that Lexus offers "Rollover Miles" meaning I would be able to use any unused miles towards my next lease. Other Lexus dealers laughed at me when I brought up this point. I appreciated the dealership I went with who got right down to the bottom line not wasting my time. More

First,I would like to express,that I have not purchased a car from a salesperson at a dealership since 1995. Oh, I have certainly tried, but to no avail. Time and time again I just got plainly fed up with al car from a salesperson at a dealership since 1995. Oh, I have certainly tried, but to no avail. Time and time again I just got plainly fed up with all the devious tactics that were used by dishonest sales people. Oh, we know them all by now. You call them on the phone - Do you have the car? they say yes. Can you get it for the price I want? they say yes or close to it(be careful of that one).The salesperson says anything to get you into the dealership.When you get there the car is gone and/or the car is a lot more $$(that is why it is also important that you research the car that you want).Now that you are in the dealership - Beware, the unscrupulous salespersons' cape comes on and the wily games begin! Now the good news, this did not happen with Anthony Mastroianni at Lexus of Smithtown When I went to the Lexus of Smithtown Dealer and met Anthony he had the exact car and at the exact price like he said he would. At every step, from the phone call,writing up the bill of sale,to actually driving the car away, I was waiting for him to pull a fast one but he didn't. He did exactly what he said he would do.There were no tricks, no bait and switches, he was honest, personable and he came through on all counts. Well, I'm happy to say after all these years MY WIFE finally got her car - Thanks to Anthony Don't wait as long as SHE had to - Call Anthony Mastroianni now !!! More

From the moment I initially walked into Lexus of Smithtown up to and even after my purchase I've received excellent service. I worked with Anthony Mastoianni who is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also a personable and no-nonsense kind of guy. Quite frankly, I felt like I was dealing with a friend rather than someone whom I just met trying to sell me a car. I had a lot of questions and Anthony took the time to go through everything with me and never made me feel rushed. During my purchase process I also dealt with Dolores Russell and Mike Cavallo both of whom were also a true pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Lexus of Smithtown and if you're looking for a CPO / Pre-Owned, definitely look for Anthony. I look forward to bringing my car back for service / maintenance and doing business with them in the future. More

Always in a hurry with too many things on my to do list I can always count on Bob Rossworn and Abbas Rajani and the service team to tend to my problem immediately with pleasant friendly efficiency! I have been back to the dealership as well as phone calls to trouble shoot technical issues that I couldn't figure out. My Lexus 350is is 2 yrs. old and I am still treated like a brand new car owner. If the truth be told Bob Rossworn makes me feel like an old friend and educates me on the many extras in my car. I know I feel confident that if another Lexus is in my future it will be Smithtown Lexus that gets my money. Thank you for this opportunity to share good feelings about the very positive experiences I have with Bob Rossworn, Abbas Rajani and the service staff at Lexus of Smithtown.
