We went in to discuss leasing a 350 and wound up buying and IF250...our salesman Arjun Vir was outstanding both in customer service and vehicle knowledge...we were never rushed and felt that we were educat and IF250...our salesman Arjun Vir was outstanding both in customer service and vehicle knowledge...we were never rushed and felt that we were educated well enough about both vehicles that we could make our own choice comfortably. I was also impressed by the overall friendly attitude of all the staff present, would we like snacks or beverages? My husband purchased a used RX a few years ago from this same dealership and this is the main reason we returned as he had always had a positive experience whilst having the car serviced there. After visiting several other car dealerships we stopped into Lexus. From the minute we walked in door we were greeted by a friendly face.
