Greeted politely by Randy, and service was excellent. Treated like a queen and left with a washed car inside and out. Topping it off was valet service to an air conditioned location. At the time of taking appointment, I had clearly mentioned that I needed oil change. The dealer did not do the oil change but tire rotation only. Very disappointing. Also, it took a long time for t mentioned that I needed oil change. The dealer did not do the oil change but tire rotation only. Very disappointing.
