Took 3 plus hours for a simple oil change, told 2 hour wait. Have oil change special all over website but SA not aware and couldn’t figure out how to apply the promotion until I insisted he was doing it i wait. I drove 2. 5 hrs to get my vehicle serviced booked ahead of time and confirmed I would receive a loaner. Upon arrival no loaner was available and they offered me 5 hrs to get my vehicle serviced booked ahead of time and confirmed I would receive a loaner. Upon arrival no loaner was available and they offered me a uber. I was upset because after driving I didn’t want to be limited to one uber ride or have to pay for other Ubers to transport me to other locations being that I didn’t have anywhere to actually go. This was my second bad experience dealing with a loaner at the southwest fwy location. More
