The entire experience of going to Lexus Southwest Houston was exceptional. I was greeted by a young man who got me in line for services and told me that my service advisor would be Jon. Jon was polite, court was exceptional. I was greeted by a young man who got me in line for services and told me that my service advisor would be Jon. Jon was polite, courteous, friendly and a true professional—A++ in customer service. During my wait for my car that was being serviced, the technician sent a video of two items that needed attention. Jon checked on me to let me know how long my wait would be and explained the video that I received from the technician. Snacks and drinks were fresh and plentiful. Waiting rooms were clean and met the needs of everyone: those who like an opening waiting area; those who would like a quiet place to sit; and a place for children!!! My Total experience—⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating!!! More
This was my first time buying a car. The dealership was absolutely wonderful to work with. They were always extremely kind, professional and prompt with their communication. Just make sure you understand the flow of service.
