I have been a Lexus owner for over five years. I made my first purchase at Sewell Lexus in Dallas, Texas. No matter what the service entailed, a loaner vehicle was offered for every service appoin I made my first purchase at Sewell Lexus in Dallas, Texas. No matter what the service entailed, a loaner vehicle was offered for every service appointment. I recently moved back home to Houston and have had to schedule a service appointment and cancel twice because Sterling McCall does not offer loaner vehicles if you are getting an oil change as your maintenance service. This should not matter what I am getting serviced. Who has time to wait 2 1/2 hours? This is a considerable inconvenience. This alone does not sit well with me. Now I have to worry about either waiting for 2 1/2 hours, finding someone to drop me off, or spending extra money on an Uber. Oh, how I will miss doing business with Sewell Lexus. More
