My daughter bought a used escalade from this dealership and we have not been happy. first of all they agreed to ship and it took two week to ship even though shipper contacted us less than a week. second and we have not been happy. first of all they agreed to ship and it took two week to ship even though shipper contacted us less than a week. second they told her that they were going to go over it with a fine tooth comb fix everything and buff scratches out third there was a transferable warranty the did not say anything about. they missed the cruise not working and the backup lights which are safety concerns. come to find out it is a bad BCM. Also there was a tech bulliten on the 8 speed transmissions that they need to be flushed and a transmission harness needed rep[aced. all these a gm dime but they never checked codes or anything on there 162 point inspection. i hope they treat other people better. which i cannot believe they do they are not my first choice. i found all this out through my dealer who said they will make everything right. thank god for Blaise Alexander dearlershipsthey have 22 and treat evereyone well not sterling mccall More
