Greetings! Everyone during my two day resolution visit were beyond words! I am so grateful at how everything was handled, from the gentleman in parts who redire Everyone during my two day resolution visit were beyond words! I am so grateful at how everything was handled, from the gentleman in parts who redirected me to service!!!! Jesse the manager is awesome and has a warm demeanor, very solution oriented and timely as well. My girl Mirra was in constant communication, responsive, and went above and beyond to assist in every way, very reassuring in such a stressful time. Mr. Ronaldo and the other service manager were efficient and took care of my issue the same day I brought my vehicle in. Of course I enjoyed a complimentary coffee and the best part was I didn’t realize my battery still even had a battery so it was less expensive by far! I know you all know a lot of people are going through it right now and I am one of them, so this may not seem like much but it’s a huge deal for me, my daughter, and my livelihood. God bless you all and forgive me for not recalling everyone’s names, humbly I am grateful to all of you. Lastly the Ms. Chloe at the front desk was kind to me as I waited as well, the snack lady was as well.
