I would recommend Lexus of Tampa to anyone looking to purchase a luxury vehicle. Ben took us on a tour of the service department and were surprised how clean it was. Met Steve on first visit to dealership to look for new Lexus to lease. Had Lexus previously and bought it at end of lease. My former sales consultant was no longer with the dealership. Steve was a southern gentleman - very knowledgeable about the vehicle, shared changes to Lexus SUV since 2007, was not pushy and arrogant like some car salesmen. He allowed me to take my time and was an excellent listener. He asked what I was looking for and what features were important to me to have on the vehicle. He showed me the new model and asked if I would like to test drive. When I went to pick up the car, Steve had everything arranged and ready to go. He had gone over the car before I got there and it was already for me. He went over all of the features and set up my bluetooth and had me call my daughter to make sure it was working correctly. He also went over how to set up my remote garage overhead door when I got home. He is an excellent sales consultant and would make a great mentor for new consultants. I will have to say that all of the Lexus of Tampa Bay consultant, in their various roles, are well trained and extremely pleasant to work with. More
