First time got someone named Caleb, and he said he has to call me back (never did). I called shortly after and got Jose. He confirmed the vehicle was in stock and I told him just to send me the price sheet to confirm all in price and I was ready to drive down two days later to purchase the truck. He sent it, and I reached back out saying I was ready to make a deal and give a deposit over the phone. He never got back to me so I contacted him again the following mid morning to ask if we could make the deal, and he said “sorry it looks like this was sold this morning already”. Clearly, this salesperson didn’t care about making a sale, and I was furious about losing this vehicle. Joshua the sales manager reached out later and I told him what happened and how disappointed I was. He said something very generic back to me and was making xx excuses that it was first come first serve (although I was already promised availability and ready to lock in….). Couldn’t even apologize for the bad service I received. Terrible experience. Don’t shop here More

After a challenging start at another Lexus dealership in Orlando, reaching out to Amanda felt like a much-needed breath of fresh air. Her professionalism, consistent communication, and unparalleled patience ensured all our questions were answered, making us feel truly valued and understood from the get-go. Amanda's warm welcome upon our arrival at the dealership set the tone for what was an amazing car buying experience. Amanda's commitment to excellence was evident in every interaction. She went above and beyond to ensure our needs and preferences were not just met, but exceeded. Her dedication made us feel reassured and supported throughout the process, highlighting her exceptional customer service skills and her genuine care for customers. However, our experience hit a snag when it came to finalizing the paperwork with the business manager. Despite his friendly demeanor, the process was notably slow and became a test of patience. It took over an hour for our paperwork to be prepared, and upon entering his office, it was apparent that he was still working on it. More concerning was the pressure to sign digital documents quickly, without the opportunity to thoroughly read through them. This approach, focusing on speed over clarity, stood in stark contrast to the meticulous and customer-oriented service provided by Amanda. The majority of our time at the dealership was spent dealing with these delays, which was frustrating. Despite this setback, Amanda's outstanding service and professionalism significantly outweighed the inconvenience caused by the paperwork process. Her ability to provide such a high level of service, making us feel completely taken care of, was truly remarkable. Amanda Farren is undoubtedly a valuable asset to Lexus of Tampa Bay, and her efforts to ensure our satisfaction were deeply appreciated. Ziad was excellent in reaching out to me to purchase the vehicle. We were able to reach a deal in a very short time and he was very good at the dealership. I'm a bit disappointed that he promised to call me on March 11th but now it's the 13th and I have not heard from him. Maybe his focus is on the sale only. The paperwork process was a disaster. The first person put a RI address on the Florida registration and the other paperwork stated I purchased a 200T. No idea what that is. Another person took over and of course tried to talk me into an extended warranty which I expected. But then when I said no he said he was giving me a 5 year warranty and when I looked at the paperwork I was getting charged for it. It was not a good experience at all and I expressed this to Ziad. I brought my vehicle to the dealership for a seemingly straightforward service task – the replacement of two rims. However, what ensued was a prolonged ordeal, as the process to obtain the replacement rims took an exorbitant amount of time, causing considerable inconvenience. Upon finally receiving my vehicle back from the service department, I was appalled by its condition. Despite having brought it in meticulously clean, it was returned to me in a deplorable state, covered in pollen and leaves both inside and out. This egregious oversight suggested a lack of attention to detail during the service process, leaving me thoroughly dismayed. Furthermore, I couldn’t help but notice the stark contrast between the treatment of the loaner vehicle provided to me and the neglect shown towards my own vehicle. Despite my efforts to maintain the loaner vehicle in impeccable condition, the same level of care was not reciprocated for my own vehicle. As a conscientious consumer, I believe in holding businesses accountable for their actions. Unfortunately, the service I received at Lexus Of Tampa Bay fell far short of the standards I expect from a reputable establishment. This experience has left me feeling disillusioned and regretful of my decision to trust this dealership with my vehicle. In light of these grievances, I urge the dealership to take proactive measures to prevent such lapses in service quality from recurring in the future. As a loyal customer, I had hoped for a more positive experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Overall, I am deeply disappointed by the level of service I received at Lexus Of Tampa Bay and would caution others considering patronizing this dealership. More
