Sales person, Lawrence, was great to work with along with sales manager, Zee. My mediocre rating comes from the fact that the vehicle was not cleaned well on the inside, low radiator antifreeze, low brake fl sales manager, Zee. My mediocre rating comes from the fact that the vehicle was not cleaned well on the inside, low radiator antifreeze, low brake fluid, oil pan plate was hanging to the ground, low windshield wiper fluid which turned out to have a hole/leak in the container, and no wheel lock for the wheels. Lexus' reputation for quality, along with Lexus of Tampa's 151 point inspection/service, these things should have never occurred. Makes me question their ability to service the vehicle properly in the future. More
