I asked service advisor for a car wash in addition to my service. During the wash the hood of my car was scratched which I didn't notice until I got home. I have had only good experiences with this dealership - even if there is a problem with initial visit, they make sure they take care of it. More

I told service advisor at check-in that I did not get car cleaned last visit because of their equipment failure. So please do a good cleaning at this visit. Didn't get that. Windshield clean only where my wipers functioned in morning fog. Inside of windshield not touched--still smeared. Dash instrument faces not touched. Smudges remain on map screen. Top of vehicle still dirty. Rear window streaked with dust/dirt. I have pictures. I do not wish to drive 45 min. to Lexus, wait for for cleaning improvement, then drive 45 min. home. I will take car to nearby individual, pay him $45 and get a real cleanup! How about a check from you to cover that? More
