I came in without an appointment because of a tire problem. I expected to need a new tire and be at the dealership for hours. I was warmly greeted and taken care of quickly. I was disappointed having to wait 25 minutes for a service advisor after being promptly greeted on the service ramp. This tainted the rest of the experience.
