I love the service I receive at this location which is nothing short of exceptional! I could not figure out why my tire needed air weekly, and MJ had the service techs find the problem which was a nail a nothing short of exceptional! I could not figure out why my tire needed air weekly, and MJ had the service techs find the problem which was a nail and took care of it. Additionally, I needed a new battery, but it was still under warranty which was also replaced. Thank you for your kindness MJ...You Rock!! More
I recently had my 2017 ls service and was very dissatisfied with my service representative. She was very shrewd and disrespectful. I've been a lexus owner since 2015 when purchased my 2016 ES. Nor dissatisfied with my service representative. She was very shrewd and disrespectful. I've been a lexus owner since 2015 when purchased my 2016 ES. Normally I deal with Scott Banta but this day he was off. Great guy very professional and makes you feel welcomed unlike Ary Vargas. She didn't look up any info on my vehicle pertaining to it warranty. She tried charging me for things that are covered under my warranty and service plan. When it was explained to her the car is certified and it has extended warranty and all she still was adamant about her knowledge of my vehicle until she finally looked it up. All in all I will be taking my services to either clearwater lexus or Wesley chapel lexus. I'd rather drive an extra 30/45 minutes out my way to get better customer service. Again not all representative are like her. Scott was great these past few years. But I'll just go elsewhere. She gave me the sense that she wasn't to pleased to service someone of my cultural background and identity. More
