Did not keep me updated on status of vehicle. Representative went on vacation & so bounced around to various others to try to find out status of vehicle. Originally told work would take a few days but wound up being over a week. No one at dealership ever initiated contact with me until after I picked up vehicle & email from someone who wanted to talk about buying my used vehicle. Loaner car, while appreciated, was not clean, personal items had been left in front & back, dirty floorboards, display said “maintenance needed, contact dealership”. Repair work was done as requested. Thankful for that More

Excellent service my customer service rep notice the Crack in windshield and took care of everything with my insurance company, gator the glass company, and had a user vehicle for me.she even kept me in Crack in windshield and took care of everything with my insurance company, gator the glass company, and had a user vehicle for me.she even kept me informed on a daily basis.
