The service department still needs help! Service manager was fantastic as well as my service advisor. The service technicians bite oil! My car was complete oil change rotation and air filt Service manager was fantastic as well as my service advisor. The service technicians bite oil! My car was complete oil change rotation and air filter. Went to meet my car in the service drive and drive it like I stole all the way home. I receive a phone call to come back! Oil everywhere in service drive per service advisor, went out to car in driveway oil puddles as well as a trail of oil all the way down the street. Made a I turn called service advisor stated I love my leased car and I’m not driving it any further. Mobile technician came out cocky as all xxxx. Stated he’d fix it, when I suggested he check deeper as this is a leased vehicle he stated it had some oil in it so it’ll be fine! Called service manager LA he quickly was on top of everything! Thank you LA! I requested a refund for the service I paid for snd he obligated without hesitation. Called Lexus of tampa bay manager spoke with his assistant left message and yeah as usual he’s never returned call! Yes I’ve attempted to reach this person previously in ANOTHER issue! They are always prompt, courtesy and nice. But wasn't satisfied this time because all my issues were not solved. I've issue with my TPS not working properly and this is second time it was che But wasn't satisfied this time because all my issues were not solved. I've issue with my TPS not working properly and this is second time it was checked and it still doesn't work and only option given was replace all my sensors for 100 dollars each, my light not on indicating a problem but as soon as i get in my car the light come on indicating issue with a sensor in tires. Not sure what to do about issue, uneasy about knowing if there is a issue with pressure in my tires. FRUSTRATING. More
