Originally there was a recall of my Lexus ES 350 to change the dashboard out because it became gummy and melted. A new dashboard was replaced free of charge and within a year it also became gummy and g change the dashboard out because it became gummy and melted. A new dashboard was replaced free of charge and within a year it also became gummy and gluey. Called Lexus about the problem and neither Lexus Of Tampa Bay corporate would honor a new dashboard. So they basically replaced one bad part with another. Went in to have my tires rotated and one of their employees left the Lugnuts off of the front tire, luckily no one in my family was injured and the car had to be towed back to the dealership four lug replacement. They don’t stand behind their product and they certainly aren’t in the category of elite. More
They always go one step ahead! We went there to get a replacement key that was lost and they washed and waxed the car as a courtesy. I have always found my experiences at Tampa Bay Lexus service department to be excellent. Dave Jones has been my car service representative since 2006 and I would not go anywhere else for my car's servi service department to be excellent. We took our Lexus, because we had a nail on the right passengers side. unfortunately we had to buy not one but 2 tires. Because the tech discover a second tire on the drivers side. He was very professional, and very helpful. He also, advice us that our maintenance was coming up in April. We had to leave our car for a few days. But, Adriane made sure we had a loaner. We were very satisfied. Good Job. One small detail. When we pick-up the car. The personnel that cleaned the car did not do a very good job. More
