Best service EVER! I have had my SC430 for twenty years. It has only been serviced at the Lexus of Tampa Bay Service Center. It still drives like the day I drove it off I have had my SC430 for twenty years. It has only been serviced at the Lexus of Tampa Bay Service Center. It still drives like the day I drove it off the lot. However, more importantly, is how I am treated when I’m there. Despite my car’s age, it’s as if I just purchased my car. This is one of a very few places where the service and the product are on equal footing. If your not buying a Lexus, your buying just a car. Choose an experience instead! More
This visit was a shocker. Needed more repairs than expected. However the overall experience was very helpful. Pamela was very through and kept me informed at every turn. Was able to schedule an appointment on short notice to have my battery replaced. However on the bill there was a notation that indicated that I "Declined to have multi point inspection performed". I was have my battery replaced. However on the bill there was a notation that indicated that I "Declined to have multi point inspection performed". I was never asked if I want the inspection done and did not know it was an option. More
