I've owned 5 different models of Lexus over the years. My current Service Advisor, Pam Moore is excellent in her job. However, I was astounded at the line of cars waiting to enter the service lane. Even thou current Service Advisor, Pam Moore is excellent in her job. However, I was astounded at the line of cars waiting to enter the service lane. Even though I was a few minutes early for my service appointment, I had to wait on the street just off of Dale Mabry for the several cars in front of me to turn left onto the lane to enter the service dept . I saw only two (2) service intake guys approaching the first cars in line to gather their info and inform the appropriate service advisors. As a former business owner, I find this dealership's management lacking in oversight and coordination of real time management. More
