Brought my ES 350 in to repair a broken headlamp. Part was not in stock and ordered. Loaner car was provided. Repair completed next day. This was my 1st visit to Lexus of Tampa Bay. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. If you want a Dealer and Service team that "has your back" this is the place. Due to Covid, travel was impacted severely between states. 2 Years ago my Lexus had developed a perfor team that "has your back" this is the place. Due to Covid, travel was impacted severely between states. 2 Years ago my Lexus had developed a performance issue and I was unable to get the car into the Dealership. I brought my Lexus on a referral to Tampa Bay Lexus. Six months ago I was able to visit with Paul Dagraca. He was fantastic to quickly assess my car so when I returned we could get it fixed. Now six months later, Paul Dagraca ensured that the correct parts were pre-ordered for my appointment and PERSONALLY let me know that they were in so I could only make one repair visit. My husband was able to wait on the repairs and Paul Cotterell was a huge help in processing my claim with Lexus Corporate to avoid strains that could have been an issue. I will be back! More
