Lexus of Tampa Bay - Service Center

I went to Lexus of Tampa Bay on Saturday for routine maintenance and to have a recall taken care of. The scheduler was great about getting a Saturday appointment for me. I have a husband in a wheel chair and my health care person didn’t show up to stay with him. I told Scott in service and asked him to please get me out ASAP, asked him to skip car wash etc. He had me ou person didn’t show up to stay with him.
