I had a great experience with my service call at Lexus. Forest was a wonderful representative greeting me immediately and aware of my car Service needs. He also contacted me with a discovery while they worked on my car for an approval to add that to the repair list. I agreed and it all was still completed in the time frame originally stated. When I came back to pick up my car he was ready with all the paperwork that I would need. My car was waiting and I was very happy with all the work completed 👍 I give him and Lexus an A+. Rating!!
